We want you to love your curls. If a product isn't the right fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items purchased directly from our store.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring lids are tightened to prevent leaks.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
